Bryan Adams HS remains undefeated

Under the director of new Head Coach John Barnes, the Bryan Adams High School Volleyball team remains undefeated in pre-season play. The Cougars are currently 6-0 on the year and are slated to begin District 12-4A play on September 15th.
Coach John Barnes begins his first year at the helm of the Cougar Volleyball team. Barnes brings a wealth of knowledge to the Cougars after spending the majority of his career at the collegiate level and national levels.
Coach Barnes comes to Bryan Adams High School from the University of Texas Permian Basin. Barnes has also served as the Head Coach at Cedar Valley Community College. Coach Barnes has also spent time at Denton Ryan HS and Port Isabel HS.
The Cougars are led by a team of seniors who finished 2nd in District 12-4A last year with a 10-2 record. The Cougars advanced last season to the Area Playoffs.
